1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver orders only within India through our trusted courier partners.

1.2 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).

• Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

1.3 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values (if applicable).

• Standard shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

1.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery payments across most pin codes in India.
Please ensure the recipient is available to make the payment at the time of delivery.

1.5 Delays in Delivery

While we always strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Courier or logistics issues

• Incorrect address details

• Weather conditions or regional restrictions

• Public holidays or festive rush

Glow Nails will not be held liable for any such delay once the package is handed over to the courier.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, Glow Nails does not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for any products once delivered.

2.1 No Refund or Replacement

• All sales are final.

• Products cannot be returned or replaced due to change of mind, size, color preference, or design selection.

• Please ensure your address and product details are correct before placing your order.

2.2 Damaged or Wrong Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request, and if approved, we may issue a store credit or send a replacement (at our discretion).

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as our team immediately begins processing it.
